He took the time to be sure he answered all of my concerns. As the deal moved on dealing with the sales manager, and Dwayne the person who processed the paperwork were very professional as well.

Brandon Kwon was a very entertaining salesperson. He came up to us shortly after we parked and asked if he could help us. We told him we were looking for 2 specific trucks and he showed us the first one and then took us to the other dealer and showed us the second one. Brandon was easy to talk to telling us about his family and asking us about ours. He found out that i love the Seahawks and that gave us some interesting conversation. Brandon wasn't overwelming but kept us engaged with the 2 trucks. He gave his opinion when asked but knew when to step away also so the wife and i could talk. The team was absolutely awesome. I broke down a block away. I walked over to the dealer and asked if I had to have it towed. The shop manager happened to be standing there and said. Hold on a minute. Next thing I knew 10 mechanics came walking out. They followed me down the street and pushed my truck back to the shop. My truck was done the very next day after the parts came in. The staff was friendly and professional.

I would rate my car buying experience with Larson as very good to excellent! I worked with Gary Olguin, and I'd recommend him to anyone. I had contacted Gary about six months ago to start a car search, but had to stop because of financial issues. Gary stayed in touch, but not in an abrasive, bothersome way. He just let me know he was ready to help when needed. When the time came he helped me find a great vehicle, and worked with my marginal credit and finances.

I came into Larson with a hunk of junk Ford Ranger that I still owed 3700 on and it wasn't worth that at all. I dumped a lot of money into it trying to get it running right but it was one thing after the other. But Gary Olguin promised they would do whatever they could to help me out and that's exactly what they did. I left in a 2015 Jeep Patriot with the payment that I wanted. Not your typical salesman here. These guys are the best!!
